Great hotel for work trips - small but really clean, small kitchenette, laundry and balcony. No room service or minibar but there is a brilliant Pub at the bottom of the driveway - don't be put off if it looks quiet - the food is super cheap and super delicious. Lovely, modern hotel room. A relief from the various other types of accommodation we booked on the same trip! Great prices for such a nice stay. Townsville has a lovely downtown, but it seemed deserted when we were there. It was just as well, as it allowed us to recharge before continuing on our journey. more
