i recommend this hotel , has amazing veiw and its located straight away on the beach. the apartment has everything you need. beds are very comfortable. i will go there again for sure. more

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I read reviews before booking and noticed that reviewers had said this place was a bit dirty but the location was good. I'm a solo traveler so i don't mind if its not awesome, and not quite shiney and clean. But this place was so bad i'd rather sleep outside on a chair for free. My... more

I stayed at the President Apartments in June 2008 in a 2 bedroom apartment on the10th floor. Let's start with the positives. i stayed here for 5 nights recently with 3 other adults and 4 kids in a 4 bedroom penthouse apartment. it was on 2 floors with 1 bedroom upstairs with loungeroom and kitchen, 3 bedrooms downstairs with laundry and sitting area. it was clean and modern. pricing was fair. location was perfect, right on Surfers Paradise Beach and 2 mins... more
