Average room with outdated furniture and a CRT tv that didn't work, also wasn't allowed to leave my car in the carpark after check out, which I have done at every other resort... More

The only good thing about this place is location, the pool, and the Thai restaurant. Everything else is a DIVE. I am sitting here in the living room of my 2 bedroom apartment and I feel sick. We have tried not to spend any time in this pathetic excuse for a hotel because it is filthy. I have a 3... More

I will never stay at this resort again. I have 2 young children so we were advised a 1 bedder with a 2 bed configuration would be fine. On arrival we had no sofa or rollout. We were moved to another room that was old, musty and unclean. It was expected that we make our own bed as it was... More

Our room was nothing spectacular, but as described and what I expected. I would have liked to see a frying pan included seeing we had a full kitchen......however the hotel facilities were fantastic. The pool area with the beach lagoon, great kids pool, indoor heated pool, kiosk at pool, cafes and a couple of really good quality restuarants sold me!!... More

My wife stayed here for a dance comp last year. Nice pool - nice property at a nice rate. Not the best BUT far from the worse - you really can't go wrong here. More

My Partner and I booked through Escape Travel and saved over $100 a night on a one bedroom apartment than when I tried to book through Mantra directly. Our apartment is run by the hotel. The other tower appears privately owned which is why there is such a disparity between the standard of the rooms. Our room was spacious and... More

Just returned from a week long stay at the resort with husband and three kids. At first glance the resort is spacious and the three pools are definately the best feature of the resort. Our room (on the 19th floor) was very spacious but dated and unclean. The bedspread in the main bedroom was dirty and smelly. We found a... More

This hotel is average in every aspect. The rooms do not look like the website, they are 3*, dated, in need of a bit of TLC but perfectly adequate. They are very large on the plus side. The other good points are you get a secure parking space and the pools are great. The Flux restaurant is adequate. We paid... More

Many thanks for your feedback on your recent stay. Our photos on our website are only indicative of our rooms as all our rooms slightly differ with different furnishings and views, however they are very large compared to other apartment complexes. We do hope that you visit Crown Towers again on your next visit to the Gold Coast. More

As the title explains, this is what I requested when I booked 12 months in advance & that is what I got! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that had fresh carpets, new bathrooms, excellent washer/dryer & all appliances worked wonderfully. I cannot fault the apartment we had. It was peaceful, the kitchen was great & had everything we... More
