My family stayed at the apartments in Sept 2008, and whilst it was in a very convenient location and very well priced thanks to lastminute.com it was definatley in need of refurbishment. We spent 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and had large 2 balconies; one on either side of the building. It's in a quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Surfers. more

We stayed at Spectrum Apartments in Jan 07. The location was very good- faces Budds Beach (which is very peaceful and away from the noise). Loved staying at Spectrum Holiday Apartments just over the road from quiet Budds Beach at Surfers Paradise. It is so easy to walk to the centre - 5 minutes to the new Chevron Shopping complex and only about 6 minutes to main Surfers Paradise beach. Managers are friendly and the units spacious and clean with wonderful views up the river.... more
