Booked into the resort for four nights in February 2015 and when arrived around 2pm was advised apartment wasn't ready...eventually got into apartment around 3.45. Apartment was clean but had an air of neglect about it. Basic cooking equipment provided, cook top, microwave, kettle, toaster and some crockery and cutlery. Bed comfortable and adequate. Lounge had stains on it and... More

The hotel is in a good location. The beach, tram, bus service, restaurants and nightlife are within a 1.5 km radius. The hotel overlooks Surfers Paradise beach which is a magnificent view. The rooms are clean and service is good. Being a self service apartment they do have extra charges for services called for. Rules such as extra charges levied... More

The place needs major work. Spa was filthy. The lifts were a nightmare with overload issues. Would only carry 2 people at times. The wait to get back to room was ridiculous. Sauna not working. BBQ out of order. Rooms were OK but in need of an update. Would never book here again especially in peak season. Not worth the... More

The only thing about this hotel cum apartment is I guess is its right in front of the beach. Everything else is crap. 1 lift only works, no fan or any kinda ventilation in the lift, no AC in the lounge area... In the room. ..OMG holes in door, cigarette butt, bottles lying in the room even after cleaning. No... More

I have stayed in many accommodations and this is the worst, $200 for credit holding, 1 left for 22 floors that fits 5 people if you are lucky, push the lift button that doesnt register your floor so you have to go to any floor and walk the stairs, waited 25 minutes to get in the lift to get to... Where to start... the receptionist was unfriendly, we went to take the elevator up and there was two dead cockroaches by the door, one of the elevators was broken, and when a fourth person got into the working elevator it said it was over capacity.. the aircon was broken, the shower was so small, broken outdoor furniture, no black out... Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed fri to mon, the one lift that was working would only take 2 to 3 people. Sun morning no lifts working! After walking down 22 flights we were assured the lift company was coming to repair. On our return that evening we were taken up in the lift by a security guard... More

If your looking for somewhere affordable to stay in a great location and dont mind putting up with1 out of 2 lifts working. You will like this place. We stayed on Floor 6 so we took the stairs if needed. Our room was modern and we had our little one with us and we were offered a fold out bed... More
