Never in a million years would i expect the type of rudeness we experienced from a manager of a company. The old bat could not have been more unpleasant and we hadnt even checked in yet! We have stayed in some lovely hotels for similar prices to this. This property does not resemble the photos in brochures, in fact a member of staff told us they were taken years ago! excellent place to stay it was above avarege for my and my patner as it was budget accomodation but the amenties were great for what you got at the end of the day your sightseeing and just want a nice comfortable place to relax and go to sleep.
