We stayed on the ninth floor in a modern apartment , that was clean and had a great view of both the beach and the hills. The location , across the road from the beach was great. The pool and facilities were great and the staff very friendly. The apartment was secure and the deck doors all locked. more

my husband, daughter and i were looking froward to our stay at the beachpoint but where a little disappointed. The staff had friendly smiles and we checked in right on 2pm which wasn't a problem. Then we went up to our 2bdrm 4th floor room and were surprised by how old the furniture and carpet was. The rooms where big... more

Utilising the hotel's own website we booked this accommodation for five adults in November. We had a two bedroomed apartment overlooking the beach. The apartment itself was not bad. Upon arrival, the reception staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Our room was made available to us within half an hour and we arrived around mid-day. The presentation of the apartment... more

We made a walk -in booking at this hotel for three nights. We were told the two bedroom apartments were the best and shown one that was 'air conditioned'. The air con was in the living room, but we were assured that it could easily cool down both bedrooms, this was certainly not the case. The first night we realised... more

Four friends and myself were fortunate enough to stay here over a week during the schoolies celebrations. The apartment was on the 17th floor (top floor, so lucky!) , clean and the view over surfers was amazing! The beach on our doorstep and only 3 blocks to Cavill Ave - perfect walking distance, but far enough from the action that... more

We stayed at this hotel for a week and while the location was great and the two-bedroom apartment OK (decor a bit dated, laminex in the kitchen with a few burn marks and kitchen appliances at least 20 years old except for the microwave!), it was generally pretty good. Walking distance to the centre of Surfers, right across from the... more

We stayed here in February of 05. February is one of the hottest months in Australia, so be prepared for the heat if you're planning on going in that month! Our room was not bad; it was a little dirty and had a funny smell. I also found a porn magazine in the cupboard under the tv! Once again, no... more

On arrival we were informed that we would be getting an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment as they had overbooked the one bedrooms. Well, if this was an upgrade I would hate to see what we would have been staying in!! The apartment looked out towards the area in surfers where they have the amusement rides (the sling shot... more
