my husband and myself had stayed here on many different occassions and found it to be great. staff were friendly and helpful in every way, rooms were spotless, and a great atmosphere to enjoy and relax. however this time around all new staff changes, found them to be rude, unhelpful and management is a disgrace, and they really need to... more

I see someone has had a similar experience to us!! We stayed here for the Easter long weekend - wife and 2 kids aged 7 and 3. We arrived and the room we had booked for 4 only had 2 single beds in it. We then had to wait around for 2 hours while they sorted out getting beds to... more

This resort used to be great - previous stays were good but this time the only word is disgusting. Warn people not to stay there - bad service, dirty rooms with no loo paper even - ruined a much needed getaway. NEVER AGAIN. more

We booked in for a weekend holiday which was very disappointing. On arrival, the resort appeared satisfactory. When we went to our apartment it did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous guests. The rubbish was still in the kitchen, benches not wiped down, bathroom had hair over floor and vanity. Myself and partner left with bites... more

Checked in for a weekend away with my family. Great rooms, really well priced, great facilities for the adults and the kids. Food in the restaurant was fantastic and very very reasonable. Staff were more than happy to help with any request and the place just had a great atmosphere. more
