Me and my family LOVED our 2 bedroom apartment, The rooms are great sizes and the ocean view from all of our windows and balcony was amazing ! The owner was very friendly and if there was ever something we couldn't work properly or we needed something extra he was onto it straight away. I would highly recommend this place,... More

Owner Paul promised I would get the luxury 2 bedrm apartment with the new red tiled kitchen. Said it was recently renovated and everything new. Got there had to meet Evelyn at a café and then taken to this hotel through the backway. Did not want us to go to reception. Room was not what we booked. Paid $1,000 (5... More

We arrived after reception had closed (reception hours 9am-5pm) and had to use the back entrance. We were mostly happy with our 2 bedroom apartment, however, there were a few issues. The spa bath did not work, the ironing board did not stand up and the sliding door to the balcony did not lock. This could be a disaster waiting... More

These apartments are variable in quality and features. Terrific location and fantastic if you are lucky enough to get an end apartment on the south side. The views are amazing from the upper floors and being able to hear and see the ocean from your bed is a bonus. Ours was a luxury apartment but unlike our friends with a... More

This hotel was amazing. From the price to the spectacular view of the ocean, I had no troubles at all and I definitely will go back. The 2 bedroom apartment I stayed in was very spacious and looked exactly how they displayed it on their website. I enjoyed their facilities such as the pool, spa and gym. It may have... More

The apartment has been recently been refurbished. Was excellent, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom for the kids, as well as a walk in robe and ensuite for my husband and I. Didn't close the curtains as well as I should the first night though, and was woken at 5am by the sun in my eyes! Walk across the... More

The view saved the whole experience, and really, I forgot about the other things that initially annoyed me because the view was so good - 270 degree panoramic. We had our baby, 4 months old and it was great to stroll from the apartment to cavil ave and have dinner and go shopping as well, my wife could feed the... More

On the net and pamphlet showed very modern rooms, spa baths, good furniture, but on arrival found our apartment on 10th floor (room 40) probably the oldest one on the block. It was very large good views but. The furniture very well worn, recliner worn out padding missing and when I told receptionist she could only say we know before... More

We have spend 2 weeks at Pacific Plaza with our family. We had 3 very different apartments, apartment no. 37 was the nicest, very contemporary and well looked after. Our apartment on 10th floor ( number 40 ) was probably the oldest of them all but also the largest, actually it was huge. It had a bad smell when we... More

We had a 6 night stay here - the apartment is rather large and comfy but furnishings are rather tired. Chairs around table, fabric was well worn and holed. Major fail from the receptionist - didn't mention the tag with the keys was needed to swipe access for the lift, back entry and pool. It was a couple of days... More
