Stayed at Crowne Plaza for two nights. Found it to be in a great location, and was certainly central to everything I needed. Short drive or even a great short walk to cafes, restaurants and some shopping. My only complaint for the two nights I was there, was the mattress. Way to firm for me which meant I didn't sleep... Stayed in a corner king room on the 21st floor. We had an excellent view of the ocean and skyscrapers in Surfers Paradise. The room itself was unremarkable, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. Free parking. Check-in was a breeze. No complaints. We'd definitely stay again.

We'd really give this hotel "2 1/2 stars out of 5". We booked a room which was meant to have a king bed and a spa. We got neither, ended up with two double beds – however, we did get a good view (maybe the hotel management thought this was an okay compromise?). For the price we thought it would... More

I've been staying at this hotel for more than ten years and keep coming back as it's in a good location between Surfers and Broadbeach. Try a book a room with a view as it's the view that makes it good value for money. Rooms are getting tired and need another upgrade but are clean and functional. Breakfast buffet is... More

Stayed overnight after arriving late and leaving early. Beds were comfy and the view was excellent. Water pressure was amazing and the hot water came through very quickly. Breakfast was good and it had a huge variety to choose from, whether hot or cold. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

I am a Gold IHG member about 6 years running and stay at their brands almost once to twice monthly. I booked three rooms at the Crowne Plaza for some close friends and a Ocean king room for my wife and I. Check in. Staff didn't tell me were breaky was or offer late check out (I didn't eat food... Booked a 2x double bed room for myself and 2 boys. Room was spotless and looked like it had been recently renovated as it was modern & in perfect condition. The corner spa bath is a big plus to these rooms. We had a interconnecting room with family next door which was handy. Had cocktails by the pool while the... More

With so much choice on the Gold Coast we went with a mystery deal & where lucky to stay here. They popped us in the gold tower where we had a great sized room with fantastic views of the water & beyond. Our room was quite with everything you would expect from a top hotel, comfy bed with crisp white... More

We had booked for just one night at a ridiculously cheap rate, and asked about staying another night - which they price matched, amazing! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and we got a corner room with hugely large bathroom. Beds are comfortable and service is absolutely top notch. We visit the Gold Coast regularly and would not stay anywhere... More
