This is a great place if you have kids. There is so much activities for them to do during the day and night. We stayed for 3 nights and the only time we left the resort was for a day when we visited a theme park. We stayed in the interconnecting rooms, very basic but does the job. We only... More

If you were told that this resort looked after adults and children, then maybe this, resort is not for you. Unless the idea of a top family holiday means kids swimming in a crowded pool which is often closed due to high chlorine levels while you look down on them from a bar that resembles a fully lit noisy +++ replica... This resort is certainly one for the kids. Great activities all day long and the Kids Club is fantastic. Just make sure you book well in advance for the evening session. We stayed in the Junior Bunkhouse and were a little disappointed in the size of the room. Other than that it was neat and clean.

Our family of 5 (myself, husband and 3 children aged 7,4 and 22 months), have just returned from a holiday here and unfortunately we were not wowed. Our mistake was we didn't check when Australia's school holidays start and unwittingly arrived the day beforethe schools in Queensland broke up...it was chaos! Not just the resort but I think the entire... More

Our family of seven stayed in the newly refurbished interconnecting family rooms for five days at this hotel. Our previous stay was in the older interconnecting rooms and yes, these new rooms we are currently in are an improvement, but still, some annoyances are still present. The small fridge constantly hummed day and night and the freezer section did not... More

There is no doubt this is a resort geared up for kids but the size of the swimming pool is tiny compared to the amount of bedrooms/people at the resort. A 100 people in a 15mt round cloudy bath tub squished in together is not my idea of paradise!! Either side of the main pool are water slide apparatus which... More

I work too much the same as most parents ,I gave this 5 stars as there is so much for the kids to do every hour of every day. You have the option to relax while the kids are having a ball or you can enjoy there company. We only went to one of the major theme parks and the... More

The child friendliest hotel I've ever known.. The room is awesome! The hotel facility is superb! They have kids pool, hot tub, ice rink, outside and indoor playground ... There's a mini mart that sell fruit...it's important to people who eats halal food... There are children activity almost every hour every day... A must visit!

We have recently returned from our 7 night stay in the captains quarters which has the renovated rooms. We absolutely loved our stay and so did our son. I was a little concerned by the negative comments on this page but as long as you get a renovated room you will enjoy your stay. The staff and facilities are amazing.... More
