We have two kids age 4 and 6. We stayed 1 week over the school holidays in a family room. The resort was larger than I thought. The staff members were pleasant and amenities were very professionally run. The room was as one would expect for the price (a bit above 3 star). The bathroom looked half-renovated, with new cabinets... more

We have just returned from 6 nights at this resort, with children aged 4.5, 2.5 and 15 months. We were a bit hesitant about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but are very pleased that we did! I think reading all the reviews beforehand gave us a realistic expectaion of where we were going and what it would... more

I think the reviews here accurately capture the resort. This is a resort dedicated to the infant to 10-year-old crowd (and their parents). The pools are the centre of the resort, and the centre of the action. Even though we were here on a non-school holiday period, the place was pretty full (though the kids were younger then -- mostly... more

Having stayed here a couple of years ago and enjoyed ourselves enormously, my wife and I decided to return with our 3 boys (12, 10,3) - again, despite the mixed reviews. We're delighted that we did. As previously, we opted for adjoining rooms - which worked really well with our boys sharing one room, and my wife and I in... more

just got back from what should have been a 8 night holiday, we loved it so much I decided to extended my stay with my 4 and 6 year old boys while my other half had to head back home to work as planned! The place is just fantastic for kids! The kids club is amazing, mine loved it, food... more

this is the second time we stayed here and the quality has definitely gone down hill. Our room stank of smoke even though it was a non smoking room and the carpet was mouldy near the fridge. The lift wasnt working when we arrived and we were on the 3rd floor so had to walk up the stairs for a... more

We recently stayed for the weekend at The Paradise Resort. We had heard that it had been voted 'the best family resort in Australia'. From the moment you walk into the resort it's obvious that this place is all about kids. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. We were given a 'resort room' which caters for... more

We stayed here for four nights, and this is a fantastic place for exploring Surfers Paradise. You are mins away from the beach, and around a 10 min walk to town. This hotel is mainly for children, but as an all adult party we enjoyed our stay. There are pools for the kids, but a quieter area for adults to... more

This place is a fantastic resort in excellent location - close to beach & cavill ave. This is definatly NOT the place to come to if you don't have kids or are wanting a relaxing holiday without your kids! The place can get quite busy & noisey with kids everywhere & if you are wanting to relax in the spa... more
