From the moment we checked in our opinion of this place went down hill. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude and un helpful. The room was old and terribly out dated. Defiantly not a 4.5 star hotel as state, at best a 3 star. The beds are uncomfortable. We couldn't wait to check out the next morning. More
