It took a while to decide which hotel to stay at Surfers Paradise, but I am happy that we went to Marriott. The staff is super helpful and they got us a wonderful room. Hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The only negative points for me where the breakfast, that i think it is a bit messy and... More

Stayed at Marriott for 3 nights in school holidays and it was a great break. Service was excellent - particularly Caitlin on front desk and Matt in Java. Both were helpful and really friendly. Kids love the pool. The buffet breakfast is good even when incredibly busy. Lots of kids activities if you want them. We will be back again.

I went to the Marriott for 2 nights with my sister, it was great. The room was awesome and the view was spectacular. The breakfast and dinner staff where really nice (one in particular was very hot) Everything was just perfect

Marriott, Surfers Paradise Spent two nights at the Surfers Paradise Marriott during our 2015 Australia trip. Located at the northern end of the Surfers Paradise strip, the Marriott is nicely on the fringe of the activities, whilst retaining an air of separation from the "tackier" areas it has to offer. We arrived around the anticipated check-in time. We were greeted... More

The outside of the building so grand, you walk inside and get blown away with the beautiful decor. Service is fantastic! The rooms are stunning! and the pool and spa are a piece of heaven! The restaurant Buffett is well worth your money! So many options and its quality, presentation is breath taking. It may be a little expensive but... More

No, it's not cheap. It's a 5* hotel, and in return you get excellent service, high quality and standard. The staff really made us feel welcome right from the moment of checking in and were very accommodating. It's a great place for taking your kids, without having to lower your standards. They have a kids club and a great selection... More

I love this place! One of my favourite hotels on the Gold Coast. We stayed in an executive suite and the room did not disappoint. The bed is so comfortable it is hard to leave. The spa bath and views from it were incredible and the pool area is beautiful, and well maintained. We didn't eat at the restaurants here... More

I attended High Tea at the Marriott Surfers Paradise this past weekend . We were celebrating three birthdays and a farewell. Unfortunately the food served was well below standard, in fact it was a disgrace and to think we paid $32.50 was even worse. One in our party organised, when booking, to have one serving "gluten free". This was taken... More

We have just had a family stay of 8 nights here. Firstly, the pool and lagoon were my main reason for booking here as we have young kids who could not get enough of the swimming. Lounging by the pool day or night was lovely, even though a Pina Colada was AUS$22. If we went back to this area, the... More

What is offered by the Marriott Surfers Paradise is 5 star. The lagoon pool and it's many fish are a delight to be enjoyed at any cost. (Bring your own goggles.) All the delights of a south East Asian resort are here to be enjoyed but you have to be prepared to pay. The poolside beer that costs $1.00 in... More
