Have stayed at this place a few times. Fantanstic value for money and the managers are delightful. Close to all the shops of Surfers, 100 metres walk to Surfers beach. Very clean apartments, all amenties, comfortable bedding, secure undercover parking and good security.

We had a great time while staying in these units, which are in an excellent location - close to everything. The units were a good size and clean and comfortable and well priced. We found the management to be very friendly and helpful. I was especially appreciative that it was quiet at night and that the units felt secure- very... More

Have stayed there a few times over the years and have not had any problems at all. The management have been very accommodating and friendly. The unit was clean and tidy and located close to shops, beach and local attractions. Having free undercover parking was very useful. We'd definately stay here again.

Had a tolerable stay until the management tried to accuse my guests and I of tearing a 4 cm tear in the couch which was complete and utter garbage. For one the couch was worn as anything to begin with and two I don't think anyone even sat on the couch in the entire 2 days we stayed. Think the... More

This time we have stayed in a one bedroom unit. All units have a fully equiped kitchen and laundry. The bed was very comfy, specially loved the crispy linen. The unit was clean and wellcoming. Loved the pool area on the 6th floor. Appreciated the free safe parking under the building. Used the bbq area a few times (better then... More

Can't turn tv on after 12am, clothes dryer doesn't work, did not feel welcome, one light was broken, microwave didn't turn on at all and the receptionist was very rude!!!! I felt extremely embarrassed for my indigenous friend for being called "black" and I would not recommend this motel for persons under 23

We stayed here in late July, and had a terrible stay here. The apartment was extremely dirty, with ants crawling everywhere. The couches were that dirty that I had to cover them with sleeping bags just to sit on them. Pay the little bit extra and stay someone else, because this place was utterly disgusting.
