Rang ahead to book. Told them we'd be there at 9pm. Called back to let them know we got held up and would be there at 10pm and asked if reception would still be open. Was told if there was no one there to call or ring bell and someone would come down. Turned up just before 10 and tried... More

This accomodation is terrible. The room was musty, old, dirty, dark, noisy and hot. The website photography is misleading. The accomodation is extremely overpriced. I do not reccomend this accomodation to anyone whatsoever. There are over 25 motels within 10 minutes on the same street, i strongly suggest you stay at one of them. More

I'll start with the positives - the shower was very powerful and the room was a decent size. I can't think of anything else good to say. Don't go here if you want a peaceful nights sleep, it is so noisy. The motel (like many in Rockhampton) is on Bruce Highway. There are no windows in the rooms, but the... More

We were disppointed with our very cramped room that had one very small window by the door, so very dark and clostrophobic. It also backed onto the main road so noise from the heavy trucks (even through the wall). Very few eating places within walking distance (other than fast food joints) More

We travelled as a group of 9, aged 4 to 81. The 2 family rooms we booked were perfect for our needs. These rooms are spacious, each with a queen bed and 3 singles, a sofa, table with 4 chairs (just about unheard of in motels!!), desk, another bench for kettle & toaster etc and still room for the kids... My parents and sister hoped to stay there the other night, but were refused accomodation because my sister, who is hearing impaired, had her hearing dog with her. Hearing dogs are covered under the Guide Dogs Act of 1972, and it is an offence to "deny accomodation or service in or on that place or vehicle to a blind or... More

We chose this motel mainly for its location close to the railway station and thought it was good value for money. It is within a km of the station so we were able to wlak with our trolley cases as hoped. The unit was clean adn tidy and the standard we expected for the price. It was well away from... More

We arrived on Sunday June 15 and was told were our room was and that it was a nice quite room position in the corner as we are senior people. The room was not anywhere near quite as next door to the Motel was a steel fabrication yard which started operation's at 6.45am, not the best time to wake in... More
