We stayed here back when it first opened, and thought it was lovely. That was probably 6 years ago, and it's sad to see that it has declined significantly since. I really don't think it has been maintained at all. The taps all leak (the shower head sprayed water everywhere), the beds are pretty hard, there was only one blanket... More

My work recently changed our hotel, and it was the worst decision ever! The Villa Capri is a disgusting hole! The beds are rock hard and squeak, something in the bathroom always leaks, the hot water takes forever to come, and all matter of business is plied here... If you catch my drift! I do not appreciate being woken up... More

Reading a lot of these reviews it seems things haven't changed since the last time I stayed there for business. The staff are pleasant enough until you have an issue and especially the manager becomes quite rude. Rooms are pleasant if they have been cleaned properly, air conditioning sometimes works if you are lucky to get a good room, traffic... More

Was meant to stay for 5 nights but stayed 3 only. Fridge overheated, and the room seemed to be hot all the time and that was with the AC on. Did report it to the front desk after the 2nd nite but after spending another uncomfortable night in a heated room I'd had enough and went to another motel. So... More

Stayed here for a 1 night stay in November on business. Motel was located near quite a few food outlets which was handy! Only really went to the room to sleep, bed wasn't the most comfortable but wasn't too bad! I was impressed however, that on a day that never got much below 35, the air-conditioning worked faultlessly (though a... More

We booked this place enroute to Bundaberg for one night. On late arrival there was a little confusion to gaining access to the room however emergency phone numbers are listed for contact which was helpful. We ended up in a two bedroom almost apartment with kitchenette, dining table, bathroom, two rooms and small balcony. This was more than enouh for... More

We paid $110 For a double which was very reasonable. Rooms aren't huge but they have everything in them. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and easy to get along with. Very close to lots of food outlets plus restaurant at motel is excellent and reasonable priced meals.

Internet wasn't working, bugs all over the place, shower was ICE COLD and after all not a single refund!!! You don't get what you pay for! SO PLEASE don't stay in villa capri. its just annoying...there are plenty of other motels in rockhampton, cheaper ones with more/better service.

Stayed one night. Dinner was the best steak ever. Breakfast was a disappointment. Mouldy bread old apples. The rest was ok but nothing special. Large rooms . Get the apartment if you have kids. Easy walk to the town centre
