So you go to this beautiful location, pay an absolute fortune for it AND that it where it stops. No service to speak of. They didn't clean our villa until 2-3pm each day (earliest) even though we left a 'please clean' note on at 9am (and mind you they were not busy). This facility is sold by Peppers as 5 star and the rooms are certainly sensational in the asian pavillion style but the resort lacks almost all expected 5 star standards outside of this. We stayed in this resort for 5 days in January and like most were extremely impressed with the resort and accommodation.
