YOU HAVE GOT THE BEST! HOW DID YOU FIND HER? I am writing in reference to my stay in your Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas. I was stranded with no accommodation (I had been told to evacuate my original accommodation at 6am that morning) with a Cyclone named Yasi breathing along the Far North Queensland Coast. Other resorts were... More

I stayed the the property over the weekend, and found it to be one of the nicest hotels in Port Douglas..and i have stayed at a few. The lagoon sand pool is amazing. The staff are friendly and they have a great selection of cocktails that you can drink by the pool. The hotel is conveniently located to the main... More

My husband and I stayed at Peppers Beach Club in Port Douglas as the last destination of our amazing honeymoon. We received a free upgrade upon arrival and loved our room. We had a full kitchen, two bedrooms, nice living space and a grill on the patio. It was the perfect way to end our honeymoon...and feel like we are... More

We booked Peppers on the assumption that this was a 5 star hotel of 5 star quality. Never assume anything! The hotel is rated 5 star by RACQ, however the hotel itself leaves much to be desired. I think the problem here is we had expectations. The staff are terrible. Not all are, however a large percentage seemed to have... More

We stayed at Peppers for our honeymoon. Unfortunately the "king" beds aren't all that conducive for romance! Two singles zipped together with a giant raised seam in the middle! So incredibly uncomfortable. The pool in fantastic, but some of the staff at check in are pretty annoying, and the wait staff can be down right rude at times. The breakfast... More

Dear Guest, I am very upset to hear these comments but appreciate the time you have taken to inform me of our service downfalls. Our resort is repeatedly commended for our service style so it is a shock to hear that you thought our team was pretentious. This is definitely not the impression we want our guests to get and... Could not fault anything with the hotel. We stayed 5 nights as part of a trip around the world, during which time we stayed at a number of other 5 star hotels. Peppers Beach Club was easily amongst the top hotels. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet location but having easy walking access to the beach, bars, restaurants... More

I stayed at Peppers Beach Club in the few days leading up to New Year. Travelling alone and very much looking forward to a little r&r, I chose Peppers, having stayed at many Peppers resorts previously and knowing that their properties are generally more suited to couples than families. Turns out that Peppers Beach Club is the reverse. The accommodation... More
