Peppers in port Douglas is the nicest peppers I've stayed in and probably the nicest hotel I've stayed in around Australia. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the lagoon pool is gorgeous and the rooms are amazingly equipped and so comfortable. Can't recommend this place enough

We stayed in a spa room which was very comfortable, if a bit on the small side. The hotel is in a good location being just a couple of minutes walk from both the Main Street and the beach. We didn't have a great deal of contact with the staff, but those we did have contact with were very friendly,... More

We booked a room through wotif and when we arrived it was a tiny little room at the back of the complex looking out over the neighboring caravan Park which wouldn't normally bother us but for the fact that we were going to be there for 3 days and we needed to be able to do washing and cook some... We only stayed one night but best pool at hotel. I enjoyed swimming laps in the morning before breakfast. The blue pool lights were lovely. The young woman at checkin initially had a bit of an attitude. The breakfast was very nice also. Room size smallish.
