It's hard now choosing accommodation in Australia after having experienced many true five star resorts in Bali and other SE Asian destinations. We finally settled on Peppers Port Douglas for our 3 night, 4 day babymoon in August 2014. After trying to find 'the best' resort in PD, and not wanting an apartment style hotel we decided Peppers looked like... More

Peppers Port Douglas is a Fantastic place to stay. Our One bedroom Apartment was modern, clean and had everything required for a great time. Space, view, facilities for cooking etc. Staff were all great, helpful, obliging, friendly and familiar with the local area etc. The pool is FANTASTIC. great to swim laps, safe for kids, sheltered from the wind with... We escaped the cold weather for a few days and stayed in Port Douglas. We absolutley loved the resort. The Reception Staff was helpful and friendly. Concierge had great information and the restaurant was great. I absolutley loved the Cheesburger. Great drinks by the pool. We will be back.

My wife and I stayed at Peppers for two nights while visiting Port Douglas. Much less expensive than I expected. We loved the outdoor feel of the whole hotel. Our room overlooking the lagoon was so relaxing. You could sit in the Jacuzzi on the room's balcony and just relax in private, or enjoy the lagoon's beach. The food and... More

The resort really impressed me in particular the lagoon pool is simpy amazing. No need to go to the bewch & the pool has sand in it & sun lounge chairs that you can relax on whilst being close to the hotel. The resort is well developed & is quite striking with lovely touches . The service at the breakfast... More

Beautiful resort loved the pool area. Location is great a block or two away from the Main Street. We had a buffet breakfast one day and would not recommend it. We did find that there was a lot of children which made the pool area less relaxing. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall was a very nice experience.

My daughter & I have just spent 2 days at Peppers Pt Douglas. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a 2 for 1 breakfast deal during our stay, and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this resort, and it is in the best position.

I came to Peppers for a mini break this weekend and it was clean, bright and friendly. The location is fabulous- close to beach and Macrossan St-and the pool inviting. The staff were accommodating and service was generally great. I stayed in a spa suite and it was perfect for my stay- just a little tired and in need of... More

I stayed at the Beach Club for ten days with my fiancé. We are lucky enough to consider ourselves frequent luxury travellers. I have never felt compelled to write a review but I feel strongly the need to manage your expectations. On the surface it looks great the pool is beautiful. 1. Reception & front desk staff are rude, walk... More

The hotel is beautiful with a great pool and comfortable rooms with amenities. The best part is the location—walking distance to the beach and to Macrossen Street, where all the restaurants and shops are located. We walked there every night, had dinner and an ice cream and enjoyed the tropical ambiance. Port Douglas is a great place to visit and... More
