We flew from Ayers Rock to Cairns and then by private transfer to Port Douglas about 70 km north. We stayed at Peppers Beach Club for four nights and I must say it was very enjoyable but the weather was rather humid. We had a Spa suite and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast each day... More

Stayed here 3 nights. Lovely spacious 1 bedroom penthouse. Used the Gym but only 1 machine working and serviceable. The other 2 unserviceable. Ate at Sublime and the food was delightful. The Restaurant is small and it worries me how the chefs can work in a small cooking bay. I feel for them in that heat. Breakfast was ok but... More

We just returned from a 10 night stay at Peppers Beach Club Port Douglas with our 10 month old daughter. We stayed in a one bedroom swim-up pool room which gave us direct access to the gorgeous lagoon pool. This was our first holiday away with our daughter and we are so glad we picked Peppers Beach Club to stay... More

We visited in January 2016 at a time of high humidity, the first day was also particularly hot. The room was adequate but sleeping was very difficult as the air conditioning unit had been restricted to 22 degrees, far to warm. I initially thought that the control was faulty but enquirers at the front desk confirmed that it was the... More

This is a super little resort. We stayed in 2 interconnecting units with direct access to diving into the stunning lagoon. The resort is small enough giving it a more intimate feeling than any others of similar standard. The unit was clean and very well appointed unit 123 & 124. Being able to simply hop into the pool from your... More

Definitely not 5 star hotel, my husband has recently had a knee operation and found the stairs to our room a struggle and the access to our room was not clean, although someone had left the H&S floor cleaning sign out our whole stay! We were offered a room with lift access but no view. The location of the hotel... More

We stayed 5 nights at Peppers and absolutely loved it. The room was clean and quite large. We especially loved the pool, beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. The only let down was breakfast. There wasn't much variety and generally pretty boring. For the price and for what was there I would highly recommend going to Cafes down the... More

The room was very nice and although it was not big, the distribution was great. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The food was also good. The best of the hotel was the pool, very relaxing and beautiful, we enjoyed it.

Found this by searching the web about 6 months prior to our trip. First impression was off putting - 4 steps up to the registration desk (didn't see the ramp due to darkness - and no one pointed it out). This was followed by being told our rooms were on the third floor without any elevator access. Felt sorry for... More
