We arrived late, hard place to find in the dark, main entrance is on the side street. There was a phone we used to call to get the key safe combination. We let ourselves in and stayed for 3 nights. Great location, full kitchen, separate bedroom and balcony. Pool and underground parking.

Stayed at the Regal for a week before heading up to Bloomfield Lodge. Good location, close enough to everything, and far enough away from any noisey nightlife. Our apartment was very small, and their are a lot of stairs. On the positive side, it was very well priced, and the spa bath was really good. Also, the staff were very friendly. Would probably choose other accommodation if we go back to Port Douglas.

There are no meals provided and reception is shut at 5pm. We arrived late and needed to ring on arrival on a phone in the porch to get our room key which worked ok. We were so impressed by the Regal. Bob and Sheryl are so friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. Plus there are BBQ facilities. We had a one bedroom apartment with a jacuzzi and it was amazing. Huge space and spotless. Perfect location to the Main Street and very good value for money! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed at the one bedroom with outdoor spa for 3 nights, and really appreciated the space (and the jacuzzi)! The room was well maintained and clean, and Sheryl and Bob were very welcoming. The location was very convenient, since it's a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants, but still managed to be quiet.
