We stayed at the Mantra heritage in September with a group of friends. The one bedroom apartment was comfortable and spacious. The pool area was a great place to meet up with friends, relax under the covered area m, have a few drinks and cook a BBQ tea after a busy day exploring the area. Ginny on the front desk... More

Mantra Heritage was a pleasant accommodation surprise after we bailed out of our boutique Daintree hideaway. The Mantra`s self contained apartments were very comfortable and well-appointed , the staff were helpful and the place is ideally located in the heart of Port Douglas. Available features included nice pool areas and an excellent bbq section. The wharf area is a short... More

This holiday was a 6 night getaway for my husband and I. We love Port Douglas and have visited before. Pros The location is great, if you enjoy being within walking distance to restaurants and shops. No street noise when doors are shut. The pool area is lovely with two large pools, BBQ area and comfy lounge chairs. The rooms... More

Let me preface this review by saying that we have stayed in this hotel several times and have been very happy on each of those occasions. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on this visit and I can only say it was very average. The bathroom smelled of mould, both fans in the lounge only functioned on full speed,... More

Located one block from Macrossan Street and a few minutes from the wharf. The pool and surrounding deck were beautiful and immaculate. This hotel is not accessible. It is also challenging for able-bodied guests with heavy luggage. The reception area is 14 steps above the street. There is an elevator in the car park, but there are no signs advising... More

Stayed in a 2bdr dual apartment for 2 nights. Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Both bathrooms had a spa bath and there were 3 separate balconies. Hotel grounds are beautiful. 2 great pools with suffice sun lounges. Balinese hut with bbq is great chill out area. Location is perfect. Walking distance to everything.

I found the Staff on Reception very helpful, walked into a beautiful clean, cool room, the Spa on the balcony was a bonus it was huge I layed back and watch the world go by, and the beautiful birds in the trees watching me, so private no one could see me, yet so near all amenity's. I will certainly be... More

In the centre of Macrossan St, close to restaurants, pubs and the shops. No need to drive anywhere.Nice clean room and we were lucky enough to be allocated a pool deck "swim up " room. Only negative, pool is very difficult to climb out of, suggest a few s/steel handrails strategically placed for we more "mature" folk. We'll be back, again!!
