This is a really comfortable apartment. Nothing flash but very comfortable and well equipped. The beach is a stone throw and so are all the shops and restaurants in town. We hired a bike and found everything easy to get to from this location.

We were a little disappointed on arrival to our room. Very run down and grubby. We had to sweep the floor before we settled in. We also need to wipe over surfaces such as the tables and kitchen bench. We ran out of toilet paper after one night (we wouldn't mind if we had full rolls to start off with)... More

We recently stayed here and thought it was the worst apartment we had ever stayed in. It was dark, dingy, and drab with very tired and dated furnishings. We needed the lights on inside even on sunny days. We had a cramped terrace (no balcony). The ambience was so poor we didn't want to eat there for lunch or dinner.... More

This was our third stay at this venue. A great location and have enjoyed the previous times, but now never again. Our room was very run down we did not get the unit we booked and the staff who are located off site did not really care! The management company is under receivership management so that seems to have destroyed... More

This place is really well located between 4 Mile Beach and Ports main shopping strip. The 3 bedroom unit (unit 9) we stayed in was comfortable enough, got good morning sun and had good AC throughout - furnishings weren't great, but were serviceable. The pools were too small, shallow and cool, and the spa is really a small toddler pool... More

Three of us stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, which was great for keeping costs down, both for the room and for food. Each room had a fan and A/C unit, though the weather was a bit chilly so I never tried the A/C. The kitchen was very nice, with plenty of cookware and utensils and basic appliances, though no... We were 5 in our group and we stayed in a 3 bedroom unit. The unit was spacious and clean although the furnitures are a bit dated. There was an aircon unit in the living/dining kitchen area ( its an open plan layout) and in the 2 rooms. The 3rd room only had a ceiling fan which may be a... More

We stayed in Apartment 5 which is on the first floor, the noise of people moving around from the apartment above was extreme. Very noise apartments. Facilities reasonably clean, excellent location. Have stayed here before on top floor and would only stay again if assured of top floor.

Great location between the beach and restaurants and shops. The pictures for unit 16 made it seem much nicer than it actually is. Desperately needs a fresh paint job--it just seemed dirty because of the scuff marks all over the walls. The hot tub on the deck seemed about 30 years old--wouldn't touch it and the deck was much smaller... More
