We stayed at Harbour Lights when it was in it's opening phase. We only stayed in a studio which was very small. I wouldn't recommend this for a stay of more than a night or two. I would highly recommend the Sebel Harbour Lights. The property is exceptionally clean, and the rooms are well-appointed.
