Stayed here in july after phoning the park direct for a booking. All very easy to arrange. The park is a good distance away (car needed) from cairns town centre but if you have a car it would be brillliant, as we did not we had to walk twenty mins to the nearest supermarket and then back in the hot sun with heavy bags, not fun. We stayed in one of the little cabins which looked brand new. It was well equipped with a comfy bed, wardrobe, sofa, table, TV, and full kitchen. It was ina quiet location and was excellent value for money. Laundry facilites were excellent but the communal bathrooms need an update (whihc i think they were in the process of when we visited. An all round good cheap place to stay, but only if you have your own transport.
