Dirty, lack of service, "no extras" (towels, soap, paper towels, ect....), hot tub - cold. Would not go back. more

The place was quite amazing except that on the 2nd night there the fire sprinkler system acitivated in our ensuite bathroom for no reason when myself & a friend were in there getting ready. This hotel was really lovely. The size of the apartments was the biggest wow-factor. The 2 bed apartments are huge and well layed-out. Not to mention the lovely views. We were on the 15th floor and had a great view of the harbor/mountains. The reception staff were very helpful when required. Would definitely stay here again. more
