This place doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but the staff are very friendly, very helpful, and absolutely reliable. When they say they'll take care of it, they do! The rooms are rather small, but adequately appointed and clean. The amenities are spare, but certainly more than we needed. The included breakfast was simple but ample - and... More

I didn't realize there would be a shared bathroom down the hall so I was a little surprised. But all in all I thought it was a great little place to stay. The ladies who worked at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. The place was clean and I thought the free breakfast was pretty good. The... More

This was a nice quiet little place. It is operated by a husband and wife with help from her sister. They are all kind of elderly but so cute, bubbly and great personalities. I really enjoyed chatting with them each morning as I tried to figure out what I was going to do for the day. They were incredibly helpful... More

I've stayed in a few spots in cairns, and this is central without breaking the bank. The added value of breakfast can't be understated in a tourist city! Stayed for one night and extended from there to four nights staff were helpful both by email and in person and I loved there BBQ area, made fora nice change from formal... More

Cairns Queens Court What a let down, we stayed there for a 6 day holiday trip to Cairns. They have a three section property A, B and C. C is the new building the one they use for advertising on their web site. FALSE ADVERTISING A and B is old and lacks modern facilities, tiled floors the beds old and... More

The incredibly friendly and helpful staff make this a great place to stay. They gave advice on places to go and appropriate tours, and booked them for us. Everything is clean and well kept, and the breakfast buffet, though basic, is good - because it starts early enough for days when you are off on a 7am tour and finishes... More

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel courtesy bus. Room was small but clean and adequate. Staff were very helpful and polite. Continental breakfast was included in the tariff. We stayed in the rear building (Block B) which is back from the main road and overlooked the pool and garden. It is handy to public transport but... More

I would not stay at this motel ever again the reasons being! 1) I had an item of my property stolen from my room. 2) I was treated with Disrespect and contempt by the Manager. 3) I was reimbursed for the item and when the Manager gave the money to me she said "I hope you choke on it". 4)... More

Ferne K, Owner at Cairns Queens Court, responded to this review

I do take exception to this review for the following reasons:- 1. The housekeeper who was responsible for cleaning this room is an employee of long standing with an impeccable record and was incredibly upset that a guest thought she has stolen from his room. 2. The item in question was a $10 stubby holder from Pt Douglas - readily... More
