Stayed 3 nights. room was small but OK. Use of free gas BBQ was good. Nice pool. Breakfast was enough. Shower floods bathroom floor . A bit out of town but a 15 minute walk will get you there. WIFI is free if you book a trip through them. Otherwise it is $5.00 for the stay

The motel is situated a little out of town. It is about a 20 minute walk to the centre. The Motel is good basic accommodation slightly run down but very clean and adequate. There is a little pool and sunbathing area. A continental breakfast was provided and was OK. The hotel offered a day trip to the Great Barrier Reef... More

We stayed two nights at the Cairns queens court and we would return again. We stayed in the interconnecting family room and our son loved having his own TV and fridge. The rooms were clean and functional. Very quiet and great block out curtains so lovely and dark. The included continental breakfast was good and the lady extremely helpful and... More

the staff was helpful and friendly. We ended up booking our reef tours with them. The washing machine was great and the room was clean and the hotel fairly well located. (About a 15 min walk to the boardwalk action) Can't really ask for much more for the price!

Basic accommodation for a night, clean, but could do with a spruce up in décor. convenient location. Short walk to see front & town & very short drive from the airport. Small swimming pool, but it was full of leaves! Seemed expensive, but this was Australia after Malaysia! the staff were friendly & very helpful.

I noticed the trip Advisor card on the counter of the hotel as I was leaving, so I had to take this opportunity to give credit where it is due. I am from South Australia and was in Cairns on my own on business for 2 weeks. I had not been away from my children for that long before, so... More

My family consisting of 6 adults stayed here recently and were extremely pleased with our rooms and the services provided! Fern, Tara and all other staff were friendly and obliging with any requests. The breakfast was enjoyable and the lady cooking the full breakfasts was extremely helpful! The pool and surrounding area was spotlessly clean and the gardens are well... More

We stayed here for 2 nights but it’s very overpriced for what is is. The whole complex is in desperate need of modernizing, from reception through to the rooms, especially the rooms. Everything is clearly old. The rooms are fully functional and clean but little else. Annoying that the air con only goes down to a set temperature, feels like... More

Thank you for your comments. I realise reviews are purely subjective but let me address some of the points you mentioned. Overpriced and penny pinching - i beg to differ as we include in the tariff free breakfast, free airport pick up, free BBQ facilities, daily servicing of rooms (apart from budget). free tour booking service. Wifi is $5.00 per... More

Hubby and I stayed there before and after our liveaboard dive and we enjoyed it. Rooms are small, but clean and the beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast was appreciated, the pool was nice and clean, and we definitely appreciated the free shuttle pickup from the airport! The ability to store our bags there while on the liveaboard was a... More
