We've had a great stay. The pools are beautiful. The staff made us feel very welcome. One staff member who went above and beyond was Jack. He provided exceptional service in the Restaurant and entertained my boys while I ate. Thanks Jack - we don't find this service every day 😊

We booked in for one night as we were heading to Fitzroy Island the next morning. The first room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. I complained to the receptionist, and she swapped us to another room and that room smelled damp and musty. I returned to the receptionist who offered to upgrade me to another room, but after... My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in December. Having stayed here in 2001 and loved it I wanted to return. Pretty much ok all round. The room was 1 new bathroom away from being very nice whilst the pools are epic. We didn't eat in the main restaurant but did eat at the poolside bar. The food... More

We stayed in this resort on 22nd November,14 till 24th November,14. Perhaps this is the only resort in Cairns to have 3/4 star facility. It is a two stories hotel building spread on the Ground floor and some rooms on FF. All rooms are excellently maintained. It has very vast compound. Morning breakfast is very nice. From airport it is... More

My wife & I came up for my Godmothers 70th Birthday. We loved how the place looks from the outside, the staff were amazingly friendly & extremely helpful to us with anything we needed. The only thing that has let this place down is the food. Online the food looked amazingly gorgeous and extremely appetizing but it was this biggest... More

This is an older property quite a way from the city center and activities. However, the room was large and we had the good fortune to be at the end of the resort so it was very quiet and private. Our patio looked out to a nice lawn with the end of property fence blocking any unwelcome views. The bed... More

Although the staff were lovely and the transport to and from the city was great I must say other then that everything else was disappointing. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but we were allowed into a family room which was covered in ants the cups and the tea bags on the chairs and everything and it was the... More

Staff were excellent, they stopped and chatted to you and also laughed with you and were very helpful in giving you information. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone. Three pools and a lovely garden walk amongst like a rainforrest walk, just beautiful. Clean and lovely. The meals that all of the chefs prepared was fantastic quality and... More

I used this hotel as part of a stop over on our way back from Palau. The hotel picked us up at Cairns Airport in the early hours of the morning which was great. The check in was very quick and the front desk lady was very friendly and efficient. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, but... More

Wow, this place sure was happening. Very busy, tourists and campers and kids everywhere. I felt like I was at school camp. But I loved it there! The room was ok, very simple, all good. But the pools were awesome! Kids had lots of fun and I would come back definitely. Restaurant food was ok, probably wouldn't go back though.... More
