Nice two bedroom apartment in an excellent location in Newfarm. Very close to cafes, shops and a great park. However, some of the stuff (plates, dishes etc) were a bit dirty. This has been my second stay at the powerhouse apartments. The rooms are always spotless and the managers are always efficent in responding to any requests. The other bonus is the location, close to the night life in the valley, close to the river and near the weekend markets. Would definitely recommend this accomodation to singles, couples and families. Have stayed a number of times now for business. Formerly would stay in the city but found the Powerhouse Apartments and Terraces a welcome change to hotel accommodation. Good central location if you need to do business in Brisbane and very comfortable for longer stay. The staff are very efficient and helpful and would definitely recommend the complex highly. more
