I have stayed at Eton House 3 times now, and would keep on going back. We have kept on going back, and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for an easy going stay with plenty of facilities to keep you happy, not to mention the good prices consistently bringing us back. Free UNLIMITED Wifi (Good Speed), Incredibly Friendly... More

Cheap and well situated, this hostel offers clean and confortable rooms. The kitchen is fantastic; however, there is only one shared bathroom. There is free off street parking and free wifi. It is only 10 minutes walki g from the CBD.

I stayed in a double ensuite room for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bright and cosy. Eton House is perfect for those who want a private room but don't want to pay lots off $$. The house is situated on Upper Roma Street next to a bunch of hostels and is conveniently located within... Really good bed and breakfest. Best for couples, who usually wanna find a hostel. You can have a Eton House for the same price or even cheaper ( privet room shared bathroom) Everything was clean. Everything you need is close: shopping, train and busstation, shopping, city center). You have also clean kitschen, fridge in a room, fast Wifi, washing machine,... More

We stayed for a second time this year. Bringing friends along this time.i It was clean, close to Suncorp stadium. We will be back again. Love the cottage style of the room. The bed in room 1 is so comfy. I love the claw foot bath also.

Centrally located from Roma St train station, approx 8 minute walk with a slight incline. Plenty of dining choices & supermarket nearby & can definitely recommend Cabiria (across the road & tucked in behind Hogs Breath. Whilst it is a guest house, it is very close to several backpackers in the same street & I found lots of people hanging... More

Based myself here for a week of business. Convenient for going most places. Cooking facilities if you want, but heaps of good eating places within 5 minutes walk. Room was clean and tidy, with character. The floor slopes and the doors swing un controlled. The house was built in 1877 I think and has an heritage cover on it. Much... More

Stayed here for a Saturday night after watching the Rugby at the Suncorp Stadium. We got the twin bunk room and I wasn't expecting too much, but was pleasantly surprised. It is nothing flash but ticks all the right boxes. There is no breakfast provided anymore but there is ample cooking facilities, if that floats ya boat, or head to... More

We loved the feel of the rooms we stayed in. The feel of being at nanas house, was lovely. The bed was like in my childhood memories of being in my grandparents bed, all cosy and warm. Like sleeping on a cloud. I loved the claw footed bath, it added to the experience. We wanted somewhere close to the suncorp... More
