We have just finished our stay of 5 nights here & couldn't have been happier. Our family of 5 (2 x adults, 2 x children & 1x infant) were delighted when we arrived to see that we had been upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment (which made our lives so much easier) but I will never forget that view! Simply... More

We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 150/night which included wireless internet and parking. This also included a weekly light cleaning and change of linen. A great deal for families considering location and the view. We were in room 2011 on the 2nd flr which was a little bit of a pain considering there was no elevator and we had... More

We loved the river views in 2010 but did not get them this time despite requesting them. After being seperated from the rest of our family from the airport we arrived at reception and requested room keys and maps and were told rather abruptly that the rest of them were in the rooms and we should ring them to come... We were a family of 4 in 3 bed apartment. The apartment was spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly. However, it could have done with a thorough clean. The lounge suite and dining chairs desperately needed cleaning or replacing and so did all the throw cushions which were stained. The bathrooms needed upgrading. But if you want a place... More

On our first family holiday we wanted an apartment so we had a bit more space and this property came up in our search and at first we thought it was too good to be true. The price was amazing per night! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and have found it to be a wonderfully... More

My husbane, sister and myself have just returned from our stay in Brisbane and cannot praise Bridgewater Terraces enough, lovely clean 2 bed apartment with fantastic views across the river, close to a great watering hole called the Story Bridge, suits all sorts of budgets. The location of these apartments is great, just short walk to the ferry terminal (Holman... More

From the excellent welcome at reception, to the resolving of a very few minor problems, we could not fault the attitude of management and staff. Add the ideal location for views and access to the attractions of Brisbane, and you have very nearly the perfection of accommodation choice. The rooms were spacious, clean and more than adequately serviced with appliances,... More

Arriving outside of office hours is a fun exercise in map reading. The process involves using the house phone on the outside of the reception door. Call answered by a large noisy call center. Operator took 10 minutes to find my booking, putting me on hold 3 times. Then the combination to the safe and find a key with directions.... More
