I have recently stayed with 212. I had a 3 weeks stay in Brisbane and after searching everywhere for the best place for money and amenitities I chose 212. After a long 24hour flight from London I was glad to drop my luggage off and start seeing. I understood and co-operated with the front desk staff about check-in and had... more

I stayed at the hotel in one of the serviced apartments while waiting for my apartment to become available and was disgusted with the service I received whilst there and after. I paid a lot of money for an 11 day stay and maybe I’m expecting too much but to have a $700 camera stolen from the 26th flr room... more

Went to the Oaks Group website and after looking at the range of hotels in the group I decided to book 3 nights at this hotel. This was my first mistake. Filled in the credit card details and clicked the agree to terms and conditions thinking it was regarding the credit card facility. Second mistake. The terms and conditions referred... more

Excellent location, excellent apartment, the noise which started at 6.30am on a Saturday from building site next door is intolerable! May I politely suggest that you refrain from using the hotel until the building is completed which could be 12 months or more, but appreciate this is nothing to do with the hotel chain. However the noise is absolutely unbearable.... more

found this place on wotif and couldn't argue with the price... However, the constant noise from the neighbouring construction site from 5am-5pm was intolerable. Receptionist poked through some drawers when asked for some earplugs and then said "you think they'd provide some with all the noise"! Would avoid this place for the next year or so until building is complete.... more

My wife and family booked three apartments here for a family reunion recently. All the apartments were clean and very well equipped.. The location is very good for Brisbane CBD, Southbank and the Botanic Gardens. The problem is that major construction is going on on three sides of the building and the noise is very invasive all day from 5.00am.... more

I stayed at this hotel recently for two nights. Upon arrival, I thought that it looked nice and like the photos, and was in a good location in the CBD, but it wasn't long until a roach appeared in the kitchen area...followed by many more! At one point, there were four running through the kitchen and I could never kill... more

We stayed here for one night to go to a concert at the Riverstage in the Botanical Gardens. The units are in a great location close to Queen St Mall-5mins walk away, Botanical gardens 2mins away and Riverside markets also 5 mins away. The units are modern and a good size but our unit could have been cleaner-the fan in... more

Just checked out today from Margaret on 212? First of all, Reception/Admin have this HEAD DOWN policy where they seem to be too scared to hear the NEXT complaint! Hmmm. Buyer/booker BEWARE their is two MAJOR construction sites happening on both sides of the building!!!! Our window views where of two very large HIGH RISE BUILDING CRANES that even went... more

Stayed with some friends from interstate for a weekend catch up. Before arriving we were advised we had been upgraded from the 3 Bedroom apartment to the penthouse on the 30th floor which was a wonderful suprise. The only catch was the spa didn't work and there was paint stripping from the part of the roof but the penthouse was... more
