I will definately stay here again. This is a apartment not a hotel room. Room was spacious, with great view over the river. The gents that checked us in were friendly and helpful and recommended a great restuarant for dinner. 7/11 type store downstairs, and a nice cafe for breakfast on the corner. more

We have stayed at the Oaks on Felix over the last 4 months. Half of the rooms have CRT TV's that cannot receive digital channels. The ordinary TV system has no Channel 10. As another reviewer points out, there is little service here -- as it is a mixed use building. It was built as a residential apartment building, and each apartment was sold to a different owner.
