When we arrived to check in after our flight from Cairns, reception was closed. We called the number repeatedly before someone finally answered. We stayed in the 2 bed executive town house. It was a good size, comfortable and clean and new towels were supplied everyday. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and central Brisbane. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only not so good point was that the rugs in the rooms could do with a good vacuum clean. More

Excellent, clean accommodation, very convenient to access restaurant area in Fortitude Valley. An easy 15 minute walk from CBD. Very well appointed, very comfortable accommodation. Far more comfortable than other classier accommodations. Fully equipped unit in a quiet area. Highly recommended. We had 2 cars and parking was free and off street for both cars. More

We telephoned in advance but was told on arrival that it was a busy time. Despite having only one couple to attend to, we were left hanging around and left the hotel without checking in after 15 minutes. The character was very rude. We moved on to a hotel that appreciated customers. More
