Room is basic and old. The bed had a very old radio built in to the frame that didn't work, another clock radio on the floor, there is a grotesque coffee table of a naked mermaid, tiny tv, mismatched and chipped plates. The sap bath had half the jets broken and the shower head sprayed water everywhere except through the... More

we were told previous occupants of our original room had "not Paid" and still had keys to room and we would get duplicate keys. Only after our insistence that these people could return while we were out at a wedding did manager move us to another more spacious room. We were told it was more expensive but we would not... This is our 2nd stay here and It's not the Ritz, but you could do a lot worse! The rooms are very spacious but sadly lacking in any sort of decoration. No bedside lamps or lights so you have get out of bed to turn off the lights. Shower was over the spa bath, which would be difficult for any... More

Chronic diarrhea, passing kidney stones, shark attack. These are a few of the things I would rather endure than another night's stay at this place. The reception area stunk like a smokey cheap pub. The rooms weren't much nicer. Topped off with a hefty price tag.

Was put in a family room as there were three adults. The room was at the front of the motel right across the road from the M1 freeway which was extremely noisy. This was not mentioned in any ads. We asked if we could be moved but management were not helpful. The coffee table in the room was putrid, sand... More

On arrival we were told "any problems just dial 9". The room looked fine, at $130 not cheap but ok. A/C, flat screen tv, whirlpool bath and plenty of tea/coffee. Good clean bedding and good quality towels. I forgot to get the wifi password so went to "dial 9" only to find that there was NO telephone. Walked to Reception.... More

Stayed here three nights while working nearby recently. Good sized rooms, clean, well maintained and pleasantly surprised by the fairly large flat screen TV - you can pay a lot of money before you find a hotel room with a decent sized TV. The motel is not far from the freeway so you do get a bit of noise, but... More

I stayed here two nights and the hotel was more than adequate. It is near the busy Pacific Highway but the noise is not too bad, neither the price of $125. Polite service at reception and a clean room.

Only needed an overnight stop and was thrilled to find a motel for $125 per night. Especially after we were quoted $259 (plus) for cabins at caravan parks close by! Lovely and clean, and surprisingly quiet! It's right by the freeway but must gave great noise insulation. Large rooms which are decorated in the pretty average motel style. Fridge, toaster,... More

Booked direct with the motel which was the best rate available.Booking and check in handled professionally. There has been upgrade work carried out in the rooms, but management needs to train staff and inspect the rooms. Our room had a toaster, jug, 2 mugs, 1 parfait spoon and tea/coffee sachet and UHT milk in the fridge, and 2 odd glasses.... More
