This was a return visit after a delightful stay previously and booked a 2 bedroom apartment. On the whole the apartment and bedrooms are very spacious however the decor is getting a little tired. Tlhe room was not available initially however the receptionist was helpful in arranging our car to be parked. Overall the level of service is as to... More

I went there to celebrate my Birthday for 2 nights. Nice Rooms however the fridge / freezer did not work and we reported this to reception on arrival we asked for ice for our drinks and had a fridge full of food. We asked the receptionist a number of times throughout the day for ice and when she was ready... More

We wanted somewhere central, with good facilities and comfortable living. This place excelled on all counts. The view from our 28th floor balcony was amazing, and the apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay, including a washer and dryer. Anytime we asked staff about anything they were always helpful. Each time I went down to... More

Fantastic location close to plenty of eateries and pleasant walks around the botanical gardens and along the river. Easy parking on the premises. I was pleasantly surprised to have been given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 21st floor which had lovely views over the city and river. The apartment itself was modern, well cleaned and maintained.... More

Room was nice and big, have all you needs, kitchen, fridge etc. Air con worked well although a little noisy. Only downside but understandable in a way is that the elevator, hallway and carpark has no airflow and feels hot and stuffy.

After booking over the phone during the G20, the lovely staff were very helpful in fulfilling my accommodation needs during this busy time in Brisbane. Upon arriving i was greeted with a cheerful staff member named Jessica, who apologised for the noise and extra commotion across the road. Jessica informed me that my apartment had been upgraded to a 2... More

We stayed in apartment 1901 a nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment with lovely views we were the only apartment which was part of the Quest on the 19th floor the rest where rentals/owners we were unfortunate to be next to apartment 1902 fairly quiet for the first few nights until Friday and Saturday came round these rude inconsiderate people partied,... With how difficult it is to find suitable disability access accommodation in the Brisbane CBD, we were very impressed with the 2 Bedroom Apartment that we stayed in at Quest. The staff are all wonderful and very friendly, especially Jen (Reception Manager) and Jess with their empathy and understanding of our needs. Staying in Mary Street was great and amazingly... More

The Hilton was $4 more however I choose to stay here and was given room 202 (which is on the carpark level). Room is small but clean but at $189 per night I'd stay elsewhere (M on Mary, Oaks on Charlotte or other Oaks in the city is much better. Can't comment on better floors maybe they are nice but...
