My husband and I stayed overnight for a quick anniversary break over Easter. The rate was exceptional and included a 2 for 1 breakfast deal. The room we were allocated was fabulous, it had a magnificent view of the Roma St Parklands and surrounds, and onto the river and Mt Coot-ha. The room itself was refurbished and just beautiful. Everything... More

Parts of this hotel is currently under major renovations, fortunately the demolition work doesn't start too early and besides a 9am wake-up, had no impact on my stay. The staff are quite helpful and friendly and the food seems good although much cheaper fare is available a short walk along Leichardt st or in the nearby CBD (about 10 minutes... More

I normally stay here for business but this time I stayed with my wife for a couple of days on holiday. We were not disappointed. We had a great dinner in the restaurant and room service was very good too. Staff were very helpful and added to the enjoyment of our holiday.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. This was my first time at this hotel. I was very impressed. Firstly, trying to find a hotel with parking in Brisbane can be a huge problem. Many have none or only limited spaces, so you could turn up and have nowhere to park. Also, those that offer parking frequently... More

The rooms are freshly renovated and very nice. There is some construction going on that starts noisily quite early which was an issue. The shower has binary temperature control - either really hot or cold and you need a micro-surgeon's touch to find warm. There is a small bar downstairs which is quite nice. The reception staff are very friendly... More

We have stayed here a few times over a 15 year period. It has recently been refurbished and was excellent value for money. We stayed on a Sunday night and received free parking and free breakfast staying in a twin room (with two very comfortable double beds) for $120, with a late checkout of midday and a complimentary bottle of... Stayed 3 nights on a business trip. Staff were amazing! So accommodating to every thing we asked for. Split bills, separate receipts and checking in for flights were not an issue. Room was very spacious and clean. Food in the on site cafe was amazing! Easy walk to queen street and southbank. Will stay again
