It's a lovely home away home in the center of the Brisbane. Super duper great location, as it's walking distance from the central, Queen street mall, and Adelaide Street. The owner is amiable and take care of all the needs of customers. As a traveler, the accommodation is just what i need, bed n' breakfast, and all-time coffee & tea.... More

Really enjoyed the stay here. Only 1 night but friendly and helpful staff made it great. Was pleasant with ceiling fans. Bathrooms were clean. Stairs may make it difficult for some but was easy to walk into city and to the river

We always stay at Annie's when in Brisbane. It is rather dated and quaint but therein lies its charm. Cosily decorated it is clean and comfortable. We always stay on the first floor with a shared bathroom but we have never had to wait for a shower. Breakfast is included and is "help yourself" cereal, juice, toast with tea or... More

We have stayed at Annie's a number of times now and it never varies. We always stay in one of the four en-suite rooms on the lower level and while the rooms are basic with no TV or radio, they do have air conditioning and ceiling fans. They also have their own entry off the car park and their own... More

I have stayed at Annie's twice now and have just booked in for my third visit. I work with a not-for-profit and so the priority for me in seeking accommodation is finding something affordable within easy reach of the CBD, but I also like places that are a bit "different". With Annie's, this is exactly what you get. The location... More

This place proved to me the wisdom of the words, "what you pay is what you get." I overnighted here in late July en-route to the Brisbane International Airport. I chose this place mainly because of the good reviews it seemed to attract.and it's position. The position was OK but that's where the plaudits must end. OK...it's cheap - I... More

We stayed here for a night in July after a couple of weeks in the Solomon Islands. We had a very nice room upstairs. It had wifi, it was warm, there were a few good clean bathrooms with nice hot showers along the hall. The couple running the place were very helpful. The steak place they reccomended was spot on.... Staying at Annie's feel like staying at your grandparent's house! My sister and I were staying here for 6 nights and it was such a pleasant stay. The hotel located right in the central of the city. It took only 5 mins walk from the central station and there is a bus stop located across the hotel. We stayed here... More

Ok - so it was cheap. and my instincts when first viewing this place were on high alert. But tired and jaded is ok in my book as long as it is clean and friendly. But I was not prepared for the grubbiness, the shared toilet and showers (admittedly not grubby), nor the lack of any facilities in the room... More

My parents had recommended it as "An experience", and it was. From the first time you see it (you'll spot it!) You walk into a little granny's paradise. Friendly staff, doiley's, thank you note tables (great for a read), helpful staff, and some parking at the back (great for the central location, but check/book it) and seeing colours that shouldn't...
