I stayed in a deluxe riverview twin with my brother in September. Stayed just one night. Booked online. Staff approachable, personable. Quality appointed room. Comfortable bed-not really hard like some are. Very stylish restaurant. Only down side would be the lack of parking at front while waiting for concierge, or to check in. A bit chaotic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. more

Staff outstanding. Riverfire weekend, extremely busy, max bookings , arrivals at same period, but desk staff, parking valets all excellent. Anniversary champagne fantastic surprise! Room Serivice : Oysters and Club sandwich superb Buffet: Needs 'something'..esp outside on open area. Noticed breakfast cereals left in sun after being moved out for lunch setting.
