Stayed for one night with my wife and the room was really really small it was that small we could even fit our 2 suitcases and carry on luggage in the room with the 2 of us we asked for a upgrade to a larger room and it cost but this room whilst still small it fit us in it.The... More

It' s a small Hotel, doesn't look very good from outside but inside it is nicely renovated. The room is a bit small, but for a short term stay it's fine, considering the price and the location, 5 mintues walk from the cbd. We have been in a double that had the same price of a double in a hostel... More

Where do I start. Absolutely no drop off area to drop bags or book in, you could park two blocks away and walk. Room the smallest we have ever been in and bathroom/toilet smaller than in a caravan. Bad road noise all night and neon sign outside room made sleeping a challenge. No bulb in bed-lamp, didn't matter; cause lead wouldn't... More

Last Minute .com has great deals. Inner city hotel boasting central location, just minutes from King George Square. Free internet, flat screen telly, air conditioning and all the luxuries to make you feel right at home. Whose home, I’m not actually sure. $85. Booked! Pull up to check in. Nowhere to park. Drive around in giant inner city circles while... More

The standard double room was not vacuumed with lots of dust on the back of the TV and the air conditioner. You have to pay a 200 dollars deposit if paying by credit card or 100 dollars if paying by cash before checking into room which is refundable if there is no damage. The double bed takes up most of the room... The rooms are quite small and the beds could be better. But what this hotel has to offer is a very affordable rate with a location right in the centre of the CBD. I've stayed here a number of times to keep costs down. You get what you pay for and this is certainly the case. If you are looking... More

I was devastated when we opened the door to our room. We couldn't even put our suitcase on the floor. My partners feet hung over the edge of the bed and he didn't fit in the shower. Should have looked more carefully at the room size!! However the price is excessive for the size of the room

I purchased our 1 night stay from Velocity special emails for members. This is one of the smallest and most cramped hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was a special from velocity and supposed to be a $189/night room. I paid $99 special and it was terrible. We were on the ground floor, no problem, Room 3, easy... More

I was booked in to a twin room with a colleague, the beds were literally 1 foot apart, with one bed head less than a metre from the toilet. The bathroom was so small you couldn't even get dressed in there. The room was filthy & I wonder how long it had been since it had been vacuumed? Pay the... More

TV not working for the whole duration of our stay, room not serviced at all while we were there, room so tiny my cat would have been massacred & brain damaged if I'd swung him round the room [ not that he was with me!], shower leaked spray out the top drowning toilet roll in adjacent tiny ensuite & your...
