I agree with the other reviewers that the rooms are small but you have everything you need and they were very clean and tidy and only a short walk to Queens street and all of the shops. I got a free breakfast at 325 on George with my overnight stay and I must say it was a fantastic meal. Just... More

This place is in desperate need of an upgrade. The lobby area is warm and modern. However, when you get out of the lift to find your room you enter an old brown hallway which is more like a maze. Your impression of the hotel immediately drops. The rooms are very small. The facilities including the bathroom are prehistoric. Pros:... More

The hotel is really well located, staff very friendly, my room was small, but clean and pleasant. I was out each day so the smallness of the room wasn't a problem. If I needed to or wanted to spend any amount of time in the room, it would have been too small; I really think it was perfect for business... More

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference. Location was brilliant, very close to the Queen Street Mall, and a nice walk over to the Conference Centre. Reception staff really good. Room was tiny but clean and comfortable. The only minor annoyance was the very big and loud air con unit in my room, and the audible hum (from... More

Had a great 3 night stay, room was small, but still had a bath. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definately stay here again. Great spot for a shopping trip. Bar and restaurant good too. Close to river , shops and free city loop bus in the next street.

We stayed here on the 30th June for one night because we were heading out for a friends birthday and didn't want to drive back to the Sunshine Coast. We arrived to check in arount 10:30pm and were greeted by a lovely, well dressed man on reception whom knew exactly who we were and because I had spoken with him... More

I caught the Airtrain from the airport to Roma St Station in the Brisbane CBD and a short walk from there with 2 suitcases in tow, is the hotel. I arrived late at night and the check in process was easy and when I asked them for quick options to eat, they gave me several even though most of Brisbane... More

This Hotel is very well placed in the c.b.d ,the staff are very attentive and the rooms suitably set up.Great value for what we paid.We went as a large group of 30 or so and the organisation and support of the staff was brilliant. We also accessed a basement room for our Band to rehearse and securely store instruments.

Rooms are tiny and there was long dark hair all over the place. The bathroom floor, the FRiDGE (what the!!) and under the night light to mention a few. The water pressure was absolutely useless and the hot water ran out within a minute. Expensive for very little. The reception were lovely however.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights . It was recommended as reasonably priced accommodation for a conference held nearby ( Novotel). Several of my group asked for early checkin but this wasnt possible. Then on returning from dinner on the second night 2 of us were locked out of our rooms. The night desk person then told me...
