Everything about this place was appalling - the service was non-existent - couldn't get towels despite repeated requests - they did not provide enough beds for the number of people on our bookings - then they made up some couch beds - one of which they made up without putting a mattress on it - just a doona on top... more

Walked into room and thought great, work has shipped me up to a dive until Xmas. Room really dirty, still crumbs on sofa, and pubic hairs all around the bed on the floor tiles... Wasnt in the mood to cause a fuss, so cleaned it all up myself, and went to bed...so I thought! was eaten alive that night so... more

We had several Family members book 3 rooms in total. The bed was so old that if dipped in the centre & we kept rolling into eachother. The mould in the shower cracks was disgusting & you could hardly get any sleep due to the noise. The buffet breakfast was cold & we also had to keep asking when more... more

I booked here online and then read these reviews and panicked! But it was actually fine. I was in the new bit and the pros were that I had a big room with a comfy bed and a big balcony with a fantastic view. Also that the place was pretty clean and had kitchen facilities in my room, the location... more

This place was recommended to me by my boss due to its location. After booking I read some of the reviews on here, and was a bit reluctant about what we would find. Personally we thought the room was fine. We were on the 2nd floor in the "old" building. We had a baclony, the bed was made, and clean.... more

Room smelt, one window cracked and sellotaped, the other two held together with twisted wire. Poor lighting, bad tv. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. more

Great location, very noisy, door has a vent to the corridor so you hear every noise, parties every Friday and Sat nights in rooms, and the pool area allows glasses and drinks around it and has no steps to get in and out of the pool. Rooms okay but not that clean. more

Very dissappointing hotel which looks and is very different to what you see on the internet! Could not book in early even though we had requested it! Room was like a shoe box! And did not seem very clean and smelt damp! Shower was pathetic and water not very warm! Staff were not very helpful and struggled to understand plain... more

Where do I start! This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen and the service matched. We checked in and eventually found the car park (which was not signposted as we had been told it would be by reception) and got our car stored in a very dodgy carpark that was alongside the stinky rubbish skips = GROSS!... more
