I stayed here in a studio apartment for one night. The apartment was clean and had a balcony although the view was horrible.. Just looked like a bit of a hotel dump. The beds were comfy and the sheets clean, the room was fine we were happy with it! The kitchen was quite well equipped but only had a microwave..... More

We've been camping up the east coast of Australia and decided to spend a night in Brisbane and get a room for a change. We found this hotel on expedia. The price wasn't bad but for what we got, it wasn't worth it. First of all, Alistair, the concierge, looked like and acted like he couldn't wait for his shift... More

This is a decent hotel, with a very good location and pricing. It may be on the hill, but it is quieter than down in the CBD. The rooms are enormous , but the fittings and furnishings rather basic, more motel style. A good asset is a microwave in the kitchenette. The bathroom is ok, but small, soaps provided in... More

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish to compliment the Staff for their kind and courteous attention. Well Done Best Western!!!! I have used previously, Soho, Tower MIll, and many moons ago....the Sheraton. I love the proximity to City Centre, rail etc.. Taxi ride back after a city centre stroll was only $6 from King George Square.... More

I stayed in Room 801 (queen suite) for one night (07/09/2014). The room had plenty of space, a nice view, and was in a convenient location, however those were the only highlights. - The inside lock of the room's main door did not work - being a solo female traveler this was far from ideal - The bathtub was not... Two single beds zipped together does not not make a queen size bed- as advertised! Had to turn airconditioner off as it only had one temperature- freezing. Had one thin blanket on bed so that was uncomfortable. The roll out single bed was hard. The washer/dryer didn't spin or dry. Parking in the stacking carpark was very awkward and very... More

Poor quality customer service at the front desk. No up keep of the rooms. Small things like - no handles on sliding toilet doors, public toilet style toilet paper dispensers - held together with masking tape, electrical cables for clocks disappear into the wall - cant turn things on or off or plug other things in. Book with lower than... More

The rooms are very tired - in my room the door lock was broken and I had to go and buy a roll of packing tape to tape up the balcony doors to stop them howling every time the wind blew. Fittings and equipment are the cheapest available - I gave up trying to get water into the steam iron... More
