We had a 3 night stop in Brisbane and where looking for a good place to stay. The BW fit the bill. Close to the action but fare enough away to be quite. We stayed in the 14 floor, room had a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a balcony with a great view. The parking lot is an interesting concept, and... More

This hotel was well situated, only a short walk to city center and transport. There were friendly, helpful staff on hand 24/7. We were able to park our car at a reasonable daily rate. It had good facilities and was priced well. Plenty of bars and restaurants in area if you didn't want to eat in hotel. I would come... More

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in up to date.! The parking (which is so bad, you don't even think it's part of something, down in a dodgy ally), the elevator that took us up to our floor (the floor smelled so bad) and our room (which looks and smell worse that the hallway). I wouldn't recommend this... More

The hotel is at a good location, situated at a short walk from Brisbane shopping malls and city centre, Just across the street is the King Edward Park and there is the council free Wi-Fi is available. I am sure you may be able to access from the room if you are facing the park. Rooms are neat and tidy... More

Excellent hotel, close to Brisbane CBD. No complaints. Great staff. Bed was comfortable. Pillows a little hard though. Very clean. Plenty of room to place toiletries in the bathroom. Bit difficult getting into bathtub for a shower and even more difficult to get out. Bit too high. Would not be good for elderly person. Overall very happy with our stay... More

I am certainly not an expert on what represents good value for a hotel in Brisbane but we were very happy with what this hotel provided for the price we paid. We stayed for 5 nights in July and had a massive room on the 9th floor with views of the hills in the distance, albeit partially obscured by buildings.... More

The attraction of this hotel is it's proximity to he city and surrounds. We were there for a rugby match and found it within walking distance to the staddium as well as bars. It is a short stroll ( though steep) to the Roma Street Parklands. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately no wifi in the bedroom meant we... More

If only the prices they charged were at 1990's levels! This hotel is trying to far more upmarket than it actually is - it is very dated. Rooms have fake marble floors, old woodern furniture and kitchen equipment, and curtains that have seen better days to say the least. The notices of huge fines if you accidently set off the... More

The receptionist on arrival and departure was very helpful and very professional. Location to city shops and attractions good. The room was spacious. The sofa was in need of a clean. The linen looked like it had not been professionally washed. Pillow slips unironed. There was a stale and unpleasant odour when we opened the door. Price was reasonable. Perhaps... More

We had what was obviously a recently renovated room on the 11th floor. Very quiet and great views. Huge TV and comfy bed. The balcony had table and chairs, ideal for the beautiful weather we had. We had a couple of beers in the small restaurant and at only $4.90 for Tooheys, what a bargain. We had breakfast and because... More
