We made a long trip from Seoul to Brisbane and when we came to hotel everything was easy... check in was quick, room was clean, everything that you need was int this room. We lived on 14th floor and view from balcome was great. There is also a swiming pool in this hotel and you have free access to it,... More

For 2 weeks over Christmas we visited our daughter in Noosa. We decided to go to Brisbane for a couple of days and this unpretentious but comfortable hotel was our base. It suited our needs perfectly. It is quite close to the city centre although you get pretty fit walking to and from the city as there is a short... More

I have been staying in this hotel for a total of 6 & half months since march 2014 for medical reasons in Brisbane. All the staff, from reception to the restaurant, porters to housekeeping in this hotel, i can not speak highly enough about them, they have gone out of there way to make it feel like a second home.... I was staying in Gold Coast with friends over Christmas 2014 and we went for a day trip to Brisbane. My young son and I, plus a friend, decided to go back there for the New Year's night, so I went online and found that accommodation in Brisbane was either very expensive, or too far away from the CBD, or... Requested quiet and non smoking room with comfortable twin beds...and was given a suitable room on the 13 floor with balcony and great air conditioning, comfy twin beds, pull out sofa, cooking facilities, washing machine, TV, Hi speed Internet Access. Within 100 metres from Brisbane Private Hospital where I had day surgery and an easy walk. Close to city but... More

The only saving grace for this hotel is the location which is close to downtown. We were given a room on the main floor which was down a dark and dingy hall. When you open the door to the room you discover a staircase to take your luggage up. The room was a disaster, no hot water, toilet flowed continually,... More

I booked a room with a balcony, when I checked in I was given a room without a balcony. Once I brought it to the staffs attention, they explained you cannot book a room with a balcony. Once showing them my conformation- studio with balcony, they changed me to a room with a balcony. Pro -Central downtown location -Close to... More

We had a 3 night stop in Brisbane and where looking for a good place to stay. The BW fit the bill. Close to the action but fare enough away to be quite. We stayed in the 14 floor, room had a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a balcony with a great view. The parking lot is an interesting concept, and... More

This hotel was well situated, only a short walk to city center and transport. There were friendly, helpful staff on hand 24/7. We were able to park our car at a reasonable daily rate. It had good facilities and was priced well. Plenty of bars and restaurants in area if you didn't want to eat in hotel. I would come... More

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in up to date.! The parking (which is so bad, you don't even think it's part of something, down in a dodgy ally), the elevator that took us up to our floor (the floor smelled so bad) and our room (which looks and smell worse that the hallway). I wouldn't recommend this... More
