Nice room, nice service, nice location. A really great hotel for a weekend getaway in Brisbane. We found all aspect of this hotel to be really good and would return again. We didnt eat at the hotel so cant comment on the restaurant. But overall a great stay

I stayed here recently for business. I usually stay at the Sofitel but because I was staying a week wanted more space and somewhere to prepare food and wash clothes. I had a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Loved the double balcony and the seperate bedroom. The couch was a sofa bed and found that a bit... More

Stayed here for one night so my wife and I could attend a wedding. Hotel was in a great location right in the CBD with on site secure undercover parking. Reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and spacious, however bathroom was looking a bit dated and not very much height clearance for tall people. Private balcony was... More

Stayed here just for one night due to an appointment nearby the Hotel. I am also an Accor member and the hotel had a sale running so room was considerably cheaper than normal. I had built up a high expectation re the rooms however, was left disappointed. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient, everything was as per my... More

Dear Merrin, thanks so much for providing a review following your recent visit. I'm naturally disappointed to hear that some aspects of the particular apartment you stayed in needed attention by contrast to our recent upgrade of the kitchen and bathroom. Rest assured that we will act on your feedback so that this apartment regains its consistency in presentation. Once... More

We were put up here by Virgin as a flight had been cancelled. We only stayed for a sleep. Hotel rooms are well appointed, stayed as a family in 2 separate 1 bd apts. Check in staff were efficient particularly given the last minute nature of the booking. We had four in a room comfortably, beds were comfortable, all the appointments... More

Hi Meljup, thanks for your review. We're pleased you enjoyed your brief stay with us, even though Brisbane wasn't your intended destination for the night before an airline disruption intervened. We appreciate your comments about our facilities. With regard to the balconies, we have many families with chidren who stay with us regularly, so this is an important issue for... More

We travel with our two teens and find it difficult to find a nice hotel that will accommodate the four of us for an affordable price. Well, the Sebel definitely fits all the criteria. We loved the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a studio plus a one bedroom (i.e. 1507, 1508-I forgot our actual room #) but the outside door... More

Enjoyed our stay there. Will stay there again. the room was well serviced. nice and close to shops and restaurants. had the best sleep for some time. the only disapointment was that the in house restaurant wasn't open for Sunday night dinner. The breakfast each morning was great and very enjoyable. GARY robcon@ps.net.nz

Hi Gary, we're delighted that you had such a great night's sleep and enjoyed all the other facets of your stay. Apologies that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner on Sunday evening. This is generally a very quiet night, however we continue to offer some great dining options via our Room Service menu 24/7. Thanks so much for your review... More
