Stayed in a room here. Was meant to be a 2 bdrm apartment but were 2 beds in one room. The minute we walked out of the lift the smell wasnt pleasant smelt like burnt Indian food very unpleasent. The door for the balcony didn't unlock properly. Bathroom was very 70's style. The staff were nice. But wouldnt stay again... More

I was looking for accommodation for myself and daughter as she was having surgery at the Brisbane Private Hospital. I researched what was close by and thought this complex sounded good. I was a little deterred by previous comments but went with it anyway. So glad I did. We arrived early and were allowed to park the car ( this... More

Stayed at the summit apartments for a few nights for business. The rooms are extremely old - in desperate need of a good renovation / refurbishment. There is no restaurant onsite however they have charge back delivery service for a cafe. Breakfast is across the road at another motel. I'm not in a rush to head back! More

When Reception finally acknowledged being the only person waiting to check-in, the rest was ok. For the 3.5 star quality and price (including car parking - which can be pricey in Brisbane from $20 p/nt+ on top of room charge). the stay was ok. Agree with previous comments, the service could be better. Room: (Deluxe Studio). Great view, balcony, kitchenette,... More

Blast from the past - Essentially as it was when built (1981) but I think carpets and the lounge chair had been replaced more recently. However it was clean and comfortable and certainly sufficiently roomy for a coupler of nights. The bed looked a bit saggy but was surprisingly comfortable. Noise? - we didn't hear any other guests. Traffic noise... More

This place essentially has the feel halfway/ boarding house that is in desperate need of a clean and renovation. It offers no gym, very dated decor and an exceptionally rude receptionist. I really can't understand why someone would be in hospitality if can't be bothered with people. Apparently you are meant to be a mind reader and know how the car... More

The appartments are situated on a hill in the Spring Hill area just north of the city centre. There is a free bus service from a bus stop approx 100m down the road, which is does a loop around the Spring Hill area so getting to and from the CBD / city centre is fairly easy if you don't fancy... I stayed her about 1997 for 2 weeks while working in Brisbane on a project so when we needed to book one night in Brisbane recently, we thought we'd give it a whirl again for old times sake.....:) I read the reviews and was aware that it might not be perfect. The room we had (I think I recall it... More

We stayed for five nights over Easter. This was our third stay - the other two were acceptable - and it will be our last. The jug didn't work, we had instructions for a dishwasher but no dishwasher, no oven (but two microwaves) and they tried to charge us for items from the mini-bar that we hadn't used. Worst of... WE PAID A LOT TO STAY HERE - over £100 ($160). It was a reasonably well furnished apartment with a washing machine but no dishwasher. The furniture was acceptable: a sofa, a table, a verandah overlooking a main road. It worked but there was nothing special about it. Firstly the room and our floor stank of overcooked food (we never... More
