“Good location but dated”

Australia's most expensive Internet and bottled water. This place is just Ok for an overnight business stop at best. The service was fine. Internet for $23 is unbelievable these days when most include it in room charge. A $9.00 bottle of water in the room (no complimentary) is another annoying cash grab, when a hotel this aged should be trading... More

“Lives up to all expectations”

The Sofitel Brisbane is located above the central railway station so if arriving by train (as we did) on a rainy day you do not even get wet. “Hot Shower, Great Bed and Nice Rooms”

Sofitel Brisbane has just finished their renovation and their rooms are improved. The rooms are nicely decorated in modern colours with French pictures. The beds are soft, warm and cosy. “Great place to stay”

Enjoyed all aspects of the Sofitel. Wonderful experience. Great restaurant. Superb service. Bed comfort fantastic. Close to city. Great for access to public transport. Pop into the city on the airtrain and the hotel is just there. Top of my list for hotels in Brisbane. Will be certainly staying there again.

“Great location and service”

We took the train from the airport and the hotel is located above. We were able to check in on arrival which was great after a long trip from USA. We stayed on the club level which made staying at a large hotel like a small boutique hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and the service perfect.
