Sofitel was amazing. The comfiest bed I've ever slept in!! The location was perfect; above the railway station so no big walk / taxi ride with baggage and only 5minutes walk into the city centre. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms have not been refurbished since it was a Sheraton so you still had the drab brown/ green/ beige colour scheme....at least it was spacious and had plenty of natural light.
