Very nice child friendly hotel nice children's play and tv area near very nice bar lots of seating the hotel room was nice and very clean reception staff were very friendly and the lifts worked well did not dine in hotel but looked good ,the location was good if you have pram or older kids the 3-5 year olds legs... More

The hotel and staff were great. The parking costs seriously need review. I self parked the vehicle and was charged A$28.00. As I was parking the vehicle, the parking station had a sign up at the entrance for week end parking at about half the rate that the hotel was charging. Sad to say we were not impressed. I had joined the Accor group and this was our free night! It was an awful room looking out over another building. The windows did not open and it was directly across from the lift. I had trouble all through the year trying to book our free night so hence it was left... More

Great hotel within walking distance of everything we needed; Queen St Mall, Pubs, Shops, Food, Nightlife, Trains etc. Hotel was clean and well presented, simple yet very functional rooms with comfortable beds. Service was delightful. All in all, will definitely be staying again.

We stayed here on the last night of our time in Australia but wished we had stayed here for the five days at the beginning rather than the holiday inn which was really tired. The room and facilities were really good although the pool was extremely cold. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent for the station... More

Rang and confirmed our arrival. Arrived and checked into our room, except it wasn't the room we had a confirmed reservation for; it was a standard room. Nothing had been said about any of this. Retreated back to check in with our baggage, and was advised that Premier rooms were fully booked. Queried whether a confirmed booking meant anything? Apparently... More
