It can be hard to find decent accommodation in Brisbane, especially for a good price. The Novotel offers cheaper rates over the weekend, obviously trying to supplement their mid-week business guests, so fit the ticket perfectly for my last trip to Brisbane. Very noisy function in the lobby made check-in difficult, but once we were in the room we were very comfortable. Shower a little cramped due to the presence of a large handle on the wall, which would however be a bonus to an elderly guest. A bit tight for a larger person. More
