As with all Best Western Hotels - you know what you are getting. Staff, in the main, very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with the final bill which the receptionist on duty at the time of check out refused to do anything about - but on return home we wrote to the Manager who sorted it out... More

I have stayed here a number of times this year as it is close to my relatives. It is a pretty basic motel which is showing its age, particularly in the bathroom fitout, but its location on the edge of the city is very handy. I have noticed that some of the rooms have been renovated recently. It seems a... More

We recently stayed at the Best Western, Gregory Terrace Brisbane, and initially chose this property for its very reasonable price. Not expecting too much we were delighted on arrival with warm welcome, fantastic room (room 34) very modern, all conveniences, clean, and huge big fluffy white towels. Loved the night light in the bathroom also, did not even get that... More

Stayed four nights whilst in Brisbane on business. Close enough to CBD to walk if stying for leisure but maybe not for work! Clean and reasonably comfortable hotel but the room I was in was a little on the dark and tired side with a patio area near the pool, screend off with a few potted plants. Restaurant was fine... Had to travel to Brisbane for a 3 days meeting in May and as luck would have it, most hotels were booked out during that period, due to some conference happening in Brisbane. Best Western was the only option close to the CBD that was available for the entire duration (that should've been a clue!!). I managed to get rooms... More

The Best Western on Gregory Terrace is a reasonable hotel for a business trip but isn't anything special. The staff were friendly but quite laid back and didn't really go out of their way be helpful. The food at the restaurant is reasonable but a little over priced and the service was average. The location is good and in walking... More

I like this Motel. It is friendly and reasonablly priced. The service was excellant. Nothing was any trouble. It was quiet and has great views over the city in the rear rooms. It was centrally located enough for me to get around the city and suburbs easily. Free parking in a secure underground car park and the restruarant food was... More

We booked this accommodation online and it looked great, but from the moment we arraived it was not to be as nice as thought. The downstairs hall way stunk of musty carpet / wet carpet. We booked a two bedroom unit and this was located directly under the restaurant kitchen. All we could hear was staff in high heels clip... More
